Once upon a time, these vibrant bags
stored rice and grain in the Philippines. But, as it
turned out, some rice and grain brands had a very short
life - no matter how beautiful the sacks themselves
were. So these sack designs were few to begin with
and, after the recycling process, even fewer of them
remained.
We created our Rebagz Limited Edition
line to celebrate the unique beauty and rarity of these
simple sacks - and to point out how so many things
around us have their limits. We try to work with those
limits instead of against them at Half the Sky Designs.
And now you can too by being one of the very fortunate
few to have this distinctively beautiful handbag.
