November's Belle

That's in the Bag" about her exploits creating Half

Projects from our book Beading
Vintage-Style Jewelry are included in Belle
Armoire Jewelry from Stampington & Co., who've
been soooo very good to us!

Belle
Armoire gave us our first cover - and we're crazy
about it! Marty loved loved loved it when editor Michelle
Flores referred to her as a "fashion outlaw" -
it took her back to her days among the rebels in Chiapas,
Mexico.

November 2006's Altered
Couture marked our first magazine appearance.
The magazine gave Marty's "Knock Your Socks Off Granny
Boots" a 2-page spread and also featured her "Safari
Sneakers." Just click on any page to read the full
article. Better yet, order a copy from Stampington!

Marty shot two episodes of Craft Lab for
the DIY Network. Her first features her doing all kinds of
wild things with bead and wire. Her second episode has her
decorating glass in just about any way imaginable – or
at least any way you can cram into a TV half hour. We'll keep
you posted about when that'll air.

HGTV’s That’s Clever! used
to be called Crafters
Coast to Coast and the DIY Network is now re-airing
the show's first few seasons. Marty was featured during the
show’s first year, using her power tools and decoupage
skills to create a sunflower
mirror.
